Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Cognimind offers the following subscription option:

• 3-Day Trial Plan: $1.00 for 3 days, then $49.99/month

After the introductory period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $49.99/month unless cancelled.

2. Introductory Pricing

Our introductory plan gives you access to all premium features at a reduced rate:

• You have full access to all premium features during your introductory period
• You will be charged the introductory price at checkout
• Your subscription will automatically renew at $49.99/month after the introductory period unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges

3. Billing and Payment

• Payment is charged at the start of each billing period
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

4. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• In the App: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
• Via Email: Send a cancellation request to info@cognimind.org
• App Store / Play Store: If you subscribed through an app store, cancel through your store account settings

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans:

• Within 30 days: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the Service
• Technical issues: Pro-rated refund for extended service outages
• Unauthorized charges: Full refund for any unauthorized transactions

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase prices:

• We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
• The new price will apply at your next renewal date
• You may cancel before the price change takes effect

Your subscription includes access to:

• Personalized well-being management plan
• Daily CBT and mindfulness practices
• Guided meditations and sleep routines
• Mood tracking and progress insights
• Journaling prompts and emotion tools
• Expert-reviewed content library
• Priority customer support

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if:

• Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days
• You violate our Terms of Service
• We detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
