- You have not previously received a refund from us

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Automatic Renewals
After your introductory period, your subscription renews at $49.99/month. For renewal charges:
- Renewal charges are eligible for refund within 7 days of the charge date
- To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support
Additional Refund Circumstances
We also provide refunds for:

Exceptions
Refunds may not be available if:
